1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the website. By making a booking, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that the information you provide is true and complete.

2. Bookings and services

Transfer and tour bookings are subject to availability and to the confirmation sent to the email address provided. The price shown is calculated from the route, date and time, number of passengers, vehicles and luggage selected, and includes VAT at the applicable legal rate.

The customer is responsible for providing correct addresses, times and, where applicable, flight details, so that the driver can follow any delays.

3. Payments

• Credit/debit card, securely processed by Stripe — we never store your card details;
• Bank transfer — the booking is confirmed once payment is received;
• Payment to the driver at the start of the service.
• Some payment methods may carry an administrative fee, always shown before you confirm.

4. Changes and cancellations

Requests to change or cancel a booking must be made through the contact details shown on the website, as early as possible. The conditions applicable to each service are communicated at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, icons and images, is the property of CP & VA Travellers, Lda. or its content suppliers (including duly credited photographers) and is protected by copyright law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to:

• Publish or transmit any unlawful, threatening, defamatory or obscene material;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our servers or networks.

7. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the website.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

We keep a physical and an electronic Complaints Book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt). In the event of a consumer dispute, consumers may turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity, namely CNIACC – the Portuguese National Centre for Consumer Arbitration (www.cniacc.pt).
